This popular Bergen County, New Jersey fundraiser benefiting the Westwood Public Library featured signature samplings from many of the area's best restaurants, live music, craft beer and wine tasting, a silent auction, raffles and much more. In its 5th year, Taste of Westwood brought out a huge crowd from the community and showcased what the town of Westwood has to offer.

Each year, P.G. Chambers School provides services for more than 700 children and their families in a ten-county area of northern New Jersey. “Discovering the unique potential within every child” is at the heart of its mission, inspiring the school to provide the best, most comprehensive special education and therapy programs for children with disabilities and developmental delays. The PGCS Menus for the Mind sample.experience.discover. fundraiser welcomed over 170 guests for a morning that included school tours, tasting samples, and an amazing silent auction. Chef Dana answered questions from guests and encouraged them to get in their kitchens and make fresh fun meals.

At this sold out event, Chef Dana partnered with the Ramsey Golf & Country Club for a one time special appearance, where guests experienced live, interactive cooking demonstrations and tasted some of the culinary delights that have made Chef Dana such a popular contestant on Hell's Kitchen. Passed hors d'oeuvres such as Pan Seared Scallops and Foie Gras were enjoyed, along with live action stations, paired wines and a jazz band.

Chef Dana was featured at the Portofino Food & Wine Event at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal. 100% of the proceeds of this spectacular event were donated to children's charities such as Make-a-Wish and Special Olympics. Part of the Celebration Exotic Car Festival, this event was held harborside, where local restaurants and renowned celebrity chefs joined to prepare a world-class culinary extravaganza. Highlighting the evening was a display of exotic cars, live music, performance artists, silent and live auctions, and much more!

Haier, the world's #1 appliance brand, featured a live kitchen where Chef Dana highlighted new products, including induction cooktops, ovens, and the world's first cordless blender. Dana drew a crowd at the Haier booth, sharing cooking techniques for her Shrimp & Bacon Fritters, interacting with consumers and discussing Haier's innovative "Smart Living" technology.

Chef Dana took on the main stage at the Chicago Food & Wine Festival, engaging the audience as she demonstrated her Pan Seared Scallops over Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta, Roasted Butternut Squash Puree and Pomegranate Glaze. Her fans had a blast asking questions, taking photos and tasting her food!

At this chic cocktail reception, Chef Dana hosted the table for The Record, northern New Jersey's daily newspaper, signing autographs for guests and sharing her recipe for Sweet Potato Kale Chowder with Pumpernickel Croutons.
